  • Hydration;
  • Recovery.

  • Tackling;
  • Side-stepping;
  • Hand-off;
  • Offloading;
  • Kicking;
  • Running;
  • Ball Presentation;
  • Breakdown Passing;

  • Clearing at the breakdown;
  • Communication;
  • Decision Making.
