Real &amp; Virtual<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Real:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A person that we have come across at one point in our lives, whether it be as a pupil\/player\/teacher\/coach\/colleague\/friend\/family, that we look up to and respect what they believe in\/their philosophies &amp; ideas and\/or what they have achieved in their career and we want to learn from them what it took to achieve what they did and how they did it&#8230;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1003\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1003\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/nickhillcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/NH-and-BA-Coaching-Photo.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1003\" src=\"http:\/\/nickhillcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/NH-and-BA-Coaching-Photo-300x199.png\" alt=\"My REAL Coaching Mentor\u2026\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nickhillcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/NH-and-BA-Coaching-Photo-300x199.png 300w, https:\/\/nickhillcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/NH-and-BA-Coaching-Photo-1024x678.png 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1003\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">My REAL Coaching Mentor\u2026<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Many people could probably say they have a mentor that they go to&#8230;if you don&#8217;t I strongly recommend you do because you never know when the time will come when you&#8217;ll need that sounding board&#8230;to give you the confidence to help make a decision for yourself&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><b>OR<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A person we look to from the other direction and respect what they stand for\/what they believe in\/what they want to achieve in their lives. It opens up another communication channel that we can use as a sounding board for our own ideas to see how they look from a different perspective. Just because that person is younger than you does not mean their views\/opinions are not valid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">How many people could say they have mentor below them&#8230;?
