The ‘Coaching Journey’ is a process…an organic evolution…a crusade to find ‘new’ experiences…to learn new things…to gather more knowledge…to think ‘outside the box’…to be creative…to do things differently to the way they have been done before…to challenge the norm…to learn from mistakes…to share ideas and experiences with other coaches…to read books outside of sport from the business world…to observe other coaches from other sports…to attend Courses\/Seminars\/Conferences…to network…to build partnerships…to continually try to improve…striving to be the best coach you could possibly be…<\/p>\n
